Refunds And Cancellation Policy

Refunds
A charge of £6 admin fee for each refund made.
After the first clean is made a charge of £10 for the first clean and £3.50 per clean after that.

Cancellation
If we fail to deliver your bin cleaning within the first 42 days period we will issue you with a full refund.

Moving Home
We can simply start cleaning at your new address (once in any 12 month period)
aslong as you are staying within our cleaning area.
If you are not staying in our cleaning area a charge of £6 admin fee for each refund made.

These charges may be waived at our discretion
